"Tell me and I forget, Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn." This quote pretty much sums up the idea of service learning. People hardy remember what you have ever told them, but they would never forget what you have taught them or what you have done for them. Service learning is learning through experience and not by just someone explaining it to you. People tend to get affected easily when you help someone through your knowledge and experience because when you tell them your experience, it becomes your personal thing, something you actually felt and nobody can understand that feeling more than you, yourself. Involvement can be a huge learning element. Life brings different kind of people in your life not just because you need to but because different people come with different experiences, ideas, thoughts, and backgrounds which can help you learn better about how to involve those people in your life and help them in a way that they would always remember it.
